    “Larry Pace, owner of popular ambulatory vendor Sierra Snow Shave Ice, has another job: He is the executive director of new nonprofit Eastern Sierra Farm Fresh, which aims to save tens of thousands of pounds of wasted food each year in Inyo, Mono and Alpine counties.

    The Bishop resident established the nonprofit nine months ago together with the husband-and-wife team of Stephen Peck and Kristine Kidd of Aspendell, who serve as ESFF’s board president and culinary director, respectively.”
